Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, illustrations, fashion sketches, nail designs, graphics, photographs, product images, written content, branding, and other original creative materials displayed by Creative Works by Averye Lanae remain the intellectual property of their respective creator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the purchaser.

Products and artwork purchased for personal use may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, traced, resold as reproductions, distributed, uploaded for commercial use, manufactured into other products, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Customers are welcome to photograph purchased products for personal use and social sharing. When sharing, crediting or tagging Creative Works by Averye Lanae is appreciated.
