Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Creative Works by Ave Lanae, each order is prepared with care. Many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, customized, or created in limited quantities.

Because of the personal and handmade nature of our products, custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, press-on nails and other personal-use beauty items are final sale once shipped and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or application issues.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, customization selections, and order details before completing a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable.

Any rights provided to customers under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
