Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you based on the information, sizing, colors, inspiration, and other details submitted with your order.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing, spelling, color selections, reference information, and customization requests.

Because work may begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started. If you need to request a change, please contact Creative Works by Averye Lanae as soon as possible.

Reference photos may be used as inspiration, but exact duplication is not guaranteed. Each Creative Works by Averye Lanae product reflects the artist's individual creative process and style. Handmade products may contain small variations in color, pattern, placement, shape, texture, or other details.

Custom and personalized products are generally considered final sale, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and our policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
